This is a Limited Lifetime Warranty for work performed during repair by Heritage Commercial Collision Experts (HCCE). This Limited Lifetime Warranty is valid solely for the person to whom it is granted and whose name appears herein and on the original work order for as long as he or she owns the vehicle stated herein. This is a labor only, fragmented four-part Limited Lifetime Warranty. Stipulations pertaining to each fragmented part are:
1. METALWORK
HCCE provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty for all metalwork, including welding and the application of materials utilized in making collision repairs against cracking, flaking, pitting, or deterioration. Rust, Fiberglass, and Restoration repair is excluded. HCCE will repair and repaint, excluding rust, any metalwork warranted.
2. PAINT, STRIPES, AND DECALS
HCCE provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty for all paint-related priming and painting work against solvent blistering, peeling, hazing, and excessive loss of pigmentation. A Limited Lifetime Warranty is provided for the application and adhesion of decorative stripes and decals, excluding defects caused by extreme environmental conditions to which the vehicle may be exposed. HCCE will re-prime, re-paint, re-stripe or re-decal the specific section or sections of the vehicle warranted. Rust, Fiberglass, and Restoration repair is excluded.
3. MECHANICAL REPAIRS
HCCE provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty for mechanical repairs pertaining directly to original collision damage.
4. PARTS
HCCE provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty for parts, unless the manufacturer’s warranty is less or more, on new parts installed by or at HCCE. (Please Note: HCCE warranty does not exceed the manufacturer’s warranty.)
5. GENERAL TERMS
SECTIONS 1-4: HCCE will repair, re-paint, or replace, solely at its option, any items in sections 1-4 when claim is made while the present owner stated herein owns the vehicle, unless caused by or damaged resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle. It is understood that all repairs will conform to generally accepted industry standards in use at the time your repairs are completed. This Limited Lifetime Warranty shall be null and void if any repair is altered, adjusted, or tampered with by any person not authorized by HCCE. This warranty is not transferable.
6. SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED
A. Incidental costs, such as towing fees, car rental charges, travel expenses, or assemblies and components not specifically covered by this Limited Lifetime Warranty, and consequential damages such as damage to other assemblies and components resulting from a defective part installed or repaired during the repair. B. Rust, surface rust, and/or damage caused by rusting of interior or exterior panels, Fiberglass Repairs, and Restoration work is not covered. This Limited Lifetime Warranty states all the warranties made by HCCE and contains the only promises for which it will be responsible.
7. CUSTOMER’S OBLIGATIONS
In order to obtain the benefits of this warranty, the vehicle owner shall: A. Present documentation of repairs made at HCCE to the warrantor before requested warranted repair, adjustment, or inspection, and B. Have any warranted repair, adjustment, or inspection made only at the premises of the warrantor during normal business hours.
ALL WARRANTIES implied by law, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby limited to the warranty period herein and shall expire at the end of such period.
